Porta Potty Rental FAQ: Atherton
Answers to common questions about renting portable toilets in Atherton. Not covered here? Call ☎ us.
Can you deliver a porta potty to my Atherton job site on a Saturday?
For construction sites, no. Atherton's municipal code limits construction-related deliveries and pickups to Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with nothing on weekends or Town holidays. We schedule within that window.
Do the hour limits apply to my private party too?
The Town's rule is written for construction activity. For a private event, call us with your date and we'll plan the delivery and pickup times. If you're unsure how the Town treats your situation, check with the Town of Atherton first.
Our driveway is long and gated. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Share the gate access details, and tell us about any pavers, bridges, or weight limits. We'll plan the truck route and placement in advance.
Can you serve both the construction crew and an event on the same property?
Yes. Many owners keep a construction unit near the staging area and add a trailer or extra units for an event. We'll plan the two setups separately.
Do you serve Menlo Park, Woodside, and Redwood City as well?
Yes. We also serve the communities around Atherton, including Menlo Park, North Fair Oaks, Redwood City, Woodside, and Portola Valley.
Can I hold an event at Holbrook-Palmer Park with your units?
Holbrook-Palmer Park bookings go through the Town of Atherton, which sets its own rules for vendors and equipment. Confirm with the Town, then tell us the approved placement and times.
How much does a porta potty rental cost?
It depends on the unit type, how many you need, how long you need them, and how often they're serviced. Call or send the quote form and we'll give you a price for your situation.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekend events in spring and summer. For job sites, a few days' notice is usually enough. Call to check your dates.
What does the placement spot need?
Flat, firm ground that the service truck can reach, ideally within a short walk of where people will be. Tell us about gates, slopes, and overhead branches.
Do you service units during the rental?
Yes. Longer rentals get scheduled service visits, and we'll set the frequency based on how many people use the units.
